CamBlocker

CamBlocker is a tool through which you can lock your webcam while you are not using it to prevent spying or you can even use it to block another family member from using it (such as the little ones in the house).

The application has two main functions: one which will block any unauthorized incoming signal, and the other is a password that will protect any attempt to use the camera by anyone except for the intended user. Thus, the webcam can only be used with your permission.
